Sage Health Centre is dedicated in supporting employers, EFAP referral agents, family members and potential clients in:
- Addressing general inquiries regarding our program.
- An initial referral screening which determines if Sage Health Centre is an appropriate program for a potential client.
- Scheduling an in-person or telephone confidential screening interview with the potential client to gather pertinent referral information and assess the client’s readiness for change.
- Scheduling an intake date. Clients are required to abstain from substance use for five days prior to admission to our program; detoxification prior to treatment can be arranged at no additional charge.
