Sage Health Centre is dedicated in supporting potential clients, family members, medical professionals, employers, and referral agents with:
- Answering general inquiries regarding our program.
- Advising family members or others regarding supportive suggestions/intervention strategies.
- Discussing treatment options, determine if Sage Health Centre is an appropriate program for a potential client.
- Scheduling an confidential telephone screening interview with our potential client in order to assess readiness for change, substance use and medical history.
- Scheduling medical detox prior to treatment if required; there is no additional charge for admission to detox which located close to Sage Health Centre.
- Scheduling an admission date; Sage offers a continuous intake seven days a week.
- Finalizing travel options, clients can be escorted to treatment by friends or family members or drive themselves to treatment as we have a secure parking area.
- Escorting clients from the airport or the bus to directly to Sage.
- Admitting clients into the program and general orientation; Sage offers gender-specific housing that have single and semi-private rooms depending on client preference.
- Completing a clinical assessment with one of our clinical counsellors in order to customize our client’s treatment program.
- Conducting a medical assessment with one of our medical professionals as our clients are under our physicians medical care while in treatment.
